Not working

I installed the free app, then bought the annual subscription and downloaded the first magazine (Nov 2011). This worked fine and its a great magazine. Now I noticed that the December issue is out, so I tried to download it. Unfortunately, this does not work. The December issue is shown with the "Buy" icon only, for $6.99. I upgraded the app, hoping that might help. The result is that now it does not work at all, it shows "cannot be loaded". Rebooting my iPad did not help either. So now, for the price of one annual subscription, I only got one issue.

Update: After deleting the app and installing it again, I got it to work and was able to download the new issue in my subscription. But this meant that all my previous issues were gone, so now I have to download them again.
